Stormzy: This Is What I Mean
Britain’s very own is back with his first album since 2019’s Heavy Is The Head. This album is full of introspection and soft spoken tracks from the grime artists who is at his most vulnerable. The features deliver excellently and the beats are magnificent. Apparently Tyler, the Creator’s Igor was a huge inspiration for the album.

Don Toliver: “Do It Right”
The Houston artist is back as he begins the rollout of his upcoming album. This song is an interpolation of SOS Band’s “Take Your Time.” The beat on this one is unique and Don’s vocals are at his best.

WESTSIDE BOOGIE: More Black Superheroes (Deluxe)
In my opinion, this is currently the most underrated album of the year. It is potentially my favorite of the entire year. Westside Boogie now comes through with three new tracks with features from Rapsody and Alex Isley and three live-recorded performances.

BROCKHAMPTON: TM
Rap’s favorite boy band is back with their final album ever. They actually released two albums, but The Family only features Kevin Abstract. The boys deliver on their final project with infectious jams. Personally, I love “New Shoes.” I don’t tend to believe in artists who claim they are retiring, so hopefully this isn’t truly the last time we hear from BROCKHAMPTON.

Roddy Ricch: Feed Tha Streets III
Roddy Ricch returns with the next installment in his Feed Tha Streets saga following up 2021’s poorly received LIVE LIFE FAST. This project sees the Compton artist returning to his mixtape roots with adrenaline-raising beats and good features from Lil Durk and Ty Dolla $ign.
